‘Round-the-clock grievance cell functional at PCR Kashmir’
Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir police on Tuesday said that a round-the-clock grievance cell was functional at Police Control Room (PCR) for the general public.
“To mitigate the grievances of general public, a dedicated round-the-clock Special Grievance Cell is already functional at Police Control Room Kashmir,” said a police spokesperson.
“The said cell after receiving the different calls vis-a-vis redressal of various grievances pertaining to different departments are being subsequently brought into the notice of concerned departments viz, PDD, PHE, MED, R&B, SMC, FS&CA, Health and Fire & Emergency Service for quick redressal and follow up action,” the spokesperson said.
“Now, such grievances can be communicated through the Mobile No. 7889373200 (Call/WhatsApp) besides already existing Landline No. 0194-2506548,” he said.
