“The efforts of the staff as reported by trainees are highly appreciable. 70 students from all over the country participated in the 4th skiing course. The duration of each course was 2 weeks. The Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India has been kind enough to reduce the fee of trainees by Rs.1,000. The training of basic, intermediate and advance skiing skills were imparted simultaneously,” the spokesperson said.

“The Institute has a centrally-heated building where students are provided all comforts during the courses. It has also imported ski equipment and grooming machines which enables the students to learn world class skiing techniques. It has best ski instructors who are admired by all students,” he said.

“The institute runs 6 ski courses each winter season and receives overwhelming response from the participants due to high standards of training. The Institute will conduct two more ski course for which students from all over the country are participating.
