SDM Gurez accorded warm sendoff, DC Bandipora hosts farewell

BANDIPORA, MARCH 06: Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza Thursday hosted a farewell to bid adieu to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gurez, Mohammad Abdullah Malik who attaining superannuation on February 29 after discharging his duties for over 31 years.

Senior Superintendent of Police Rahul Malik, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Reyaz Ahmad Beigh, Joint Director Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad, district heads of various departments and other concerned participated in the function.

While acknowledging the outstanding contribution of Malik, DDC Bandipora conveyed his best wishes to him and prayed for his good health and success post retirement. He particularly mentioned about the superb ability of the officer in handling revenue matters with ease and precision. He opined that post retirement life could be dedicated for the betterment of society.

Officers appreciated Malik for their dedication and honesty during their three-decade service career. Malik thanked all their colleagues for their support and cooperation during their tenure in the department.

On the occasion DC Bandipora presented gift and mementos to retiring officer as a token of appreciation on behalf of the district administration.
