Pulwama, Mar 16: Two youth were booked under Public Safety Act in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday for allegedly disrupting the “law and order”.

A police official said Nasir Rashid, son of Abdul Rashid of Rajpora, and Ashiq Hussain Dar, son of Ghulam Nabi Dar of Rohmoo village were slapped with PSA and were sent to Kotbhalwal jail in Jammu.

Nasir was booked under PSA vide no DMP/ PSA/ 2019/15 while Ashiq was booked vide no DMP/2019/ 17, the official said.

Both the youth, according to the official, were arrested by police a couple of weeks ago from their residences.
