Srinagar Feb: Prominent PDP Gujjar leader Akhtar Kasana joined Congress Party, A Congress spokesman said.
The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir and other leaders welcomed Kasana into Congress Party, he said.
