Srinagar Feb: Prominent PDP Gujjar leader Akhtar Kasana joined Congress Party, A Congress spokesman said.
The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir and other leaders welcomed Kasana into Congress Party, he said.
Kasana vowed to work for Congress Party vigorously saying that only this party (Congress) is capable enough to reach out to people to address their concerns, he said.
