Srinagar, Dec 21: The mother of Manzoor Anjum, Editor ‘Uqaab’ passed away today morning after a brief spell of illness.

‘Kashmir Images’ condoles the sad demise and prays for peace to the departed soul.

Kashmir Editors Guild (KEG) also expressed grief over her demise.

In a statement issued here today, KEG expressed solidarity with the bereaved, particularly with Manzoor Anjum and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.

PDP president and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti also condoled with Manzoor Anjum and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul while extending her heartfelt sympathies to Anjum and other members of the bereaved family.

Secretary Information, Sarmad Hafeez also condoled her demise.

In his condolence message, Hafeez while extending his condolences to the bereaved family prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.

Director Information, Tariq Ahmad Zargar also condoled the demise of mother of Manzoor Anjum and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

Meanwhile, Employees Joint Action Committee chairman, Abdul Qayoom Wani also condoled with Manzoor Anjum and prayed for the departed soul.
