Secretary LC takes stock of opening of Council Secretariat
JAMMU, NOVEMBER 05: In connection with the opening of the move offices here today, the Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council, Abdul Majid Bhat, along with Special Secretary LC, Ishfaq Ahmed Wani took stock of the arrangements made for smooth functioning of Council Secretariat.
The Secretary inspected various sections including Accounts, Establishment, Legislation, Translation, Reporting, H&P, Legislative branch and Library etc.
Bhat interacted with the staff members and listened to their issues pertaining to accommodation and other facilities. He assured them that the genuine problems would be sorted out on priority basis.
Later, the Secretary chaired a meeting of senior officers of Council Secretariat and stressed upon them to work with utmost zeal and dedication.
Member Legislative Council, Ramesh Arora, Deputy Secretaries, Abdul Rashid Kalas, Muni Koul besides other senior officers and officials attended the meeting.
