Srinagar, July 28: Crime Branch of police has booked one Satish Kumar Yadav, who claims to be proprietor of “Naukri.com” for cheating a job aspirant by giving her fake appointment letter in lieu of money.

Crime Branch registered a case on a complaint by one Shazia, daughter of Ghulam Qadir Shah of Bugroo, Budgam, alleging that she was induced by one Satish Kumar Yadav from Naukri.com to deposit an amount of Rs 50,000 in account number 6133000100039639 of PNB, for providing a job.

After depositing the amount neither the job was provided nor the money was returned,  Crime Branch spokesman informed, adding that Shazia was thus cheated of her money.

During investigations, it came to  light that Satish Kumar Yadav, son of Phool Chand Yadav of Shahpur Bamheta Ghaziabad, UP, had cheated Shazia of Rs 50,000.

Yadav has even mailed an order/letter of confirmation for ICICI Bank to her, but the bank informed the Crime Branch sleuths that the said order/letter of confirmation was fake.

A case (FIR No. 31/2018  U/S 420, 467, RPC,  66D I.T Act) has been registered in Crime Branch Kashmir against Yadav and further investigation has been taken up, spokesman informed.
