Srinagar, May 31: A CRPF trooper was injured on Thursday after some unknown persons attacked him with an axe at DC Office Kulgam in south Kashmir.
SSP Kulgam Harmeet Singh confirmed the incident told GNS that some persons attacked the CRPF man with an axe in an intention to snatch his service rifle.
However, the paramilitary trooper resisted and foiled their attempt, SSP added.
