Jammu; The General Officer Commanding of Jammu-based White Knight Corps, Lt Gen P K Mishra, on Thursday visited Romeo Force in J&K’s Kalakote belt in Rajouri district to review the prevailing security environment and assess the operational preparedness of troops.

“GoC White Knight Corps, along with GoC Counter Insurgency Force Romeo, visited the general area of Kalakote to review the prevailing security environment and assess the operational preparedness of troops,” the White Knight Corps said on X.

It further said that during the visit, the GoC held detailed deliberations with commanders in the chain of command, focusing on operational posture, readiness levels and coordination mechanisms.

The GOC commended all ranks for their professionalism, dedication and steadfast commitment.

“Robust hinterland grid, continuous vigilance and proactive ops ensure a secure and stable hinterland. We Serve, We Protect,” the Army said. (PTI)
