MLA Wachi inaugurates four projects in Zainapora Shopian

Shopian: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Wachi, Aijaz Ahmad Mir Wednesday inaugurated various developmental projects of Wachi constituency.

During his visit the MLA inaugurated four projects including hot line service for Sub-district hospital Zainapora, round the clock electricity supply for Zainapora Sub District hospital, PHE subdivision for Zainapora, a community hall and a Steel bridge for Nalla tongri of Zainapora village.

While inaugurating the hot-line service for the Sub-district hospital, Aijaz visited different departments of the hospital and took stock of the issues; meanwhile he also interacted with patients in the hospital.

While addressing the people he said, “More and more developmental projects are being started here; but due to the continuous shutdowns in this Shopian district, most of the projects are not being completed on time.

Various delegations of people from Wachi constituency raised certain issues with the MLA, and meanwhile Aijaz Mir directed the concerned authorities to ensure timely redressal of all the issues.

A resident of Zainpora village Shoib Reshi said, “We are very thankful to MLA for all these developmental projects which have proved very beneficial for us.”

“Foot Bridge has proved a major relief for the people living on the both sides of Nalla”, said another resident Irfan Ayoub.

“The essential electricity supply to Hospital will ensure round the clock functioning of all the departments in the,” said a employee at Zainapora Sub District hospital.
