JAMMU, MARCH 29:  The department of Law and Parliamentary Affairs today accorded a warm and affectionate farewell to Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Legal Assistant on attaining superannuation.

At a farewell function organized by the department, Law Secretary, Abdul Majeed Bhat and the staff hailed contribution of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat towards the department and lauded the services rendered by him.  The farewell party was attended by senior officials of the department.

Special Secretaries, Achal Sethi and Fayaz Ahmad, Additional Secretary Law, Jung Bahadur and Special Law Officer to the Minister for Rural Development Waseem Ahmad Lone were also present on the occasion.

On the occasion, Law Secretary Abdul Majid presented a shawl to the retiring employee.
