JAMMU, MARCH 29:  The department of Law and Parliamentary Affairs today accorded a warm and affectionate farewell to Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Legal Assistant on attaining superannuation.

At a farewell function organized by the department, Law Secretary, Abdul Majeed Bhat and the staff hailed contribution of Ghulam Mohammad Bhat towards the department and lauded the services rendered by him.  The farewell party was attended by senior officials of the department.
