Mobile internet restored in Srinagar

Srinagar, Mar 12 : High-speed mobile internet services were restored here this evening, hours after they were snapped in the morning as a precautionary measure following the killing of three militants in an encounter with security forces.

High-speed mobile internet services have been restored in the city after about 10 hours, a police official said.

He said the facility was snapped in the morning as a precautionary measure in the wake of  the killing of three militants in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.

One of the militants — Eisa Fazli — was a resident of Ahmednagar near the Soura area here.
