Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan late Monday night said that all schools, higher secondary institutions and colleges will remain open tomorrow.
Talking to KNS, Khan said: “Schools will remain open from Tuesday. In a review meeting, we decided that all government schools, higher secondary institutions and colleges in the valley will remain open tomorrow.”
Schools in Srinagar and some areas of south Kashmir were closed on Monday after the killing of three militants in a gunfight in Anantnag area. One of the slain militants belonged to the city. (KNS)
