Srinagar, March 07: Police arrested a thief in Srinagar and recovered stolen mobile phones.
A police spokesman in a statement said that Police Station Karan Nagar apprehended one thief who was identified as Showkat Ahmad Jogi son of Abdul Majeed Jogi resident of Mansoor colony Bemina at SMHS hospital in Srinagar and recovered 03 stolen mobile phones (Lava, MI note & Nokia) from his possession.
Subsequently, case was registered in police station Karan Nagar and investigation was taken up.
