Determinism and Law: Omniscient Demon or Omniscient Angel

A person is responsible for every piece of his conduct. It is because the law ensures that nothing wrong in the society happens, or the same is controlled and curtailed by just propositions and just governance. Thence comes the central importance of conditions and the notion of determinism. As a law abiding citizen therefore I have to respect the constitution, the law of the land and the rule of law. Therefore the law keenly develops an understanding and relationship with its subject, the citizenry and hence this object, the legal machinery determines the questions of free choice and morality among the individual members of the community and the general people. Therefore the task of the law is clear, clean and unambiguous, at the face of it. Therefore we should prepare the being, architect and groom his credentials according to the legal order.

Thence we should develop the sense of the sovereign etiquettes and the command principles in the mind of the citizenry and the being. As a consequentialist paradigm, since there are implications in violating the law owing to the disruptions which might arise it is convenient and perfectly legitimate to go to the first principles of the constitution, in the first place and animate the self through its appfication. From the point of view of choosing and the phenomenological experience, a being is therefore always under the shadow of law and the legal jurisdiction and if he tends to violate the norms even as a juvenile, he must be ready to face the consequences.

Therefore it is doing the right thing and the good thing which is safe and authoritative. Therefore law is not an omniscient demon it is a panacea, it is an omniscient angel. Therefore we can use the dispositional force, but only in so far as it is compatible with the law and the legal notions. Any bizarre outreach will be punished and fined. Law outlines such cases in plenty and therefore the criminal breach of trust is itself an offence under the IPC. From the agential perspective, same is the case. An agent is legally responsible for the actions carried on behalf of the principle. But the act or action should be unauthorised and outside the conditions of the normal employment. In rescue cases the situation may be different, as the tort law specifies. Therefore law is the omniscient angel and it determines the context, social and otherwise of the being.
