WPL: RCC Vadi Kashmir beat Victoria Tangmarg Club by 18 runs

Sopore, July 18: In the ongoing, Wular Premier League (WPL), RCC Vadi Kashmir defeated Victoria Tangmarg Club by 18 runs today here at Sheikhul Alam Sports Ground Tarzoo Sopore.

Vadi Kashmir won the toss and opted to bat first. The team scored 129 runs in the allotted 20 overs. Tariq was the only notable performer with 53 runs and Aaqib made 36 runs.

For Tangmarg Victoria, Zeeshan and Raja Saleem clinched 3 wickets each.

In reply, Tangmarg Victoria failed to chase the target as their wickets fell like a pack of cards. The team was dismissed on 111 runs. Aasim made 28 runs.

For RCC Wadi Kashmir, Asrar and Azhar took 2 wickets each.

Tariq was declared man of the match for his all-round performance of 53 runs.

This tournament is being organised by Sports Association Tarzoo.
