Srinagar, June 20: Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday organized police public meetings at Police Station Nowgam, Batamaloo and Police Post Bemina.
The meeting at PS Nowgam was chaired by SDPO Panthachowk and attended by respectable citizens of Tangan and Shalina village of Nowgam Srinagar.
The meeting at PS Batamaloo was chaired by SHO PS Batamaloo and attended by respectable citizens of area including representatives of traders, Mohalla committees. At PP Bemina the meeting was chaired by In-charge PP Bemina & attended by respectable citizens of area including representatives of Bemina vendors.
Various issues were discussed during these meetings. The chairing officers assured the participants that their genuine issues pertaining to police will be resolved on priority. The participants assured their support in maintaining peace and tranquility in the area.
