ADGP Armed J&K holds joint interactive meeting with officers and officials of JKAP 5th & IRP 6th Battalions

May 27: ADGP Armed J&K S.J.M Gillani-IPS today visited JKAP & IRP battalions stationed at PCR Kashmir and held a joint interactive meeting with the officers & officials of JKAP 5th and IRP 6th battalions.

Accompanied by CO JKAP 5th Bn, CO IRP 6th Bn, SO to ADGP Armed, SO to IGP AP/IR, SSP APCR Kashmir and other senior officers of these battalions, ADGP was presented Guard of Honour at the onset of the meeting .

During his visit, the ADGP inaugurated renovated parks in front of administrative block, visited PDS Canteen and Dining Hall thereafter, held a joint interactive session with the jawans of JKAP 5th Bn. and IRP-6th Bn.

At the onset of the meeting, S.J.M Gillani heard the grievances reported by jawans of these battalions patiently and assured them that their grievances will be redressed on priority basis.

Later ADGP in his address exhorted upon the officers and Jawans to work with more sincerity and honesty for the betterment of society and the organization. He also directed the officers to look into the grievances reported by their Jawans by holding routine interactive sessions and redress them on priority basis.
