Srinagar 19 April: In the prestigious Gurukul Premier League-2019 played at Ahmadabad, CAG Delhi defeated Chennai Jangid CC on Thursday.
While batting first, CAG Delhi scored 177 runs for the loss of 7 wickets. Avi Barot scored 57, Sachin Baby made 39 and Bilap Simat scored quick 35 runs for CAG Delhi.
Meanwhile, Sudeep Tyagi took two wickets for Chennai
In reply, Chennai top order was removed by speed star of J&K Mehjoor Sofi, he strike from the very first ball of the match when he clean bowled Vikram Captain of Chennai, and after that Mehjoor rattled the top order of the Chennai and in process took four wickets, Chennai team was bundled on 102.
Mehjoor took four wickets in his 4 overs spell and gave away 16 runs.
Mehjoor was declared Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling spell.
