“I have been casting my vote since I got eligible.  I never missed it despite all odds and turmoil but this year I chose Raja Shab this time,” she said.

“I casted the vote as it can bring some change in the lives of people and fetch employment to the unemployed youth of my village. When people like me cast vote young and dejected youth get inspired that there is always hope for best,” says Naqsha Bibi.

When asked what she wanted, “Last time I casted my voted in favour of Taj Shab but this time I chose Raja Shab as Taj Shab did nothing for people and unemployed youth. There are many problems which our representatives need to address.”

“I am confident my vote will make a difference,” said Naqsha who waited patiently for her turn to cast her vote.

Congress leader Taj Mohi-ud-din also cast his vote at this polling station. After exercising his franchise, Taj claimed that Congress will emerge as largest party in Uri assembly constituency as people have reposed faith in Congress.
