Yasin Malik, Geelani condole demise of Manzoor Anjum’s mother

Srinagar: Incarcerated chairman of Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik has expressed his heartfelt grief over the demise of the mother of editor daily Uqab Manzoor Anjum who breathed her last yesterday.

Malik, who is in police custody along with other JKLF leaders and activities, while praying for the heavenly abode of the deceased mother also prayed for the Sabri-I-Jamil to her bereaved family.

Meanwhile, on the directions of JKLF chairman, a high level delegation comprising of secretary general engineer Ghulam Rasool Dar Eidi, zonal vice president Muhammad Sideeq Shah and others visited the bereaved family and expressed solidarity with them, a JKLF spokesman said in a statement issued today.

In the meantime, All Parties Hurriyat Conference chairman, Syed Ali Geelani has condoled the demise of mother of journalist Manzoor Anjum, father of Kashmir Economic Alliance Farooq Ahmad Dar, Wife of late Mohammad Sultan Dar Hardshiva Sopore and Peer Gayas-ud-din of Kanthpora Lolab.

Hurriyat chairman in a statement issued today said that we share the grief with bereaved family and pray for eternal peace of deceased and courage for the family to bear this painful loss.
