Srinagar: Violent clashes broke out between the forces and people after procession carrying dead body of the slain youth of Noorbagh area of Qamarwari Srinagar towards the Eidgah Srinagar for the burial was dispersed by forces.
Sources said forces intercepted 0procession carrying body of slain youth Mohammad Saleem Malik and fired teargas shells to disperse them triggering clashes.
Malik had suffered bullet injuries and died after he was fired by the government forces during the cordon and search operation in the area.
