Seven days ‘Life Skill Education Training’ program concludes at Sheeri

Sheeri, Aug 16: A week long ‘Life Skill Education Training” program organized by  Nehru Yuva Kendra Baramulla’s  Zam Zam Club concluded  at Sheeri Narvaw  in which  large number of youth and students were provided life skill education on various themes.

The seven days program concluded with outing to Primary Health Center Sheeri (PHC) after final session on importance of personal health hygiene among girls by Dr. Pakeeza from Health Block Sheeri who was accompanied by Headmistress Boys Middel School Sheeri and other staff.

The resource person during the program highlighted importance of life skill education for youth and students.

“Personal health hygiene among woman, girls is an important matter.  Women and girls play vital role in overall healthcare and sanitation of the soundings,” said Dr. Pakeeza, a gynecologist.

“A student will grow into a responsible citizen of tomorrow with decision-making and problem-solving skills that will prepare them for every situation in life,” said HM Hafeeza Bano in her concluding remarks.

The topics like Health are Wealth, Observation of Adolescent Health Days, Skill is Survival, Moral Education and Personality Development was discussed with the participants.

The participants in their feedback urged NYK to organize more such programs in future so that life are imparted and learned to generations in the modern era.
