Srinagar: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday accorded a warm farewell to outgoing Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Lieutenant Governor, Lt Col Prashant Jankar, at Lok Bhavan.
The farewell function was attended by officers and staff of Lok Bhavan.
On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor felicitated Lt Col Jankar and appreciated his dedication, commitment and professional integrity during his tenure.
