JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council will conduct selection trials for the Under-18 Junior Softball teams (boys and girls) on September 17 at the Football Ground of GGM Science College, Jammu.
According to officials, the trials will begin at 10 am and are being organised to select the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory teams for the 44th Junior National Softball Championship 2026-27.
The national championship is scheduled to be held in Bathinda, Punjab, from November 24 to 28.
Eligible players from across the Union Territory have been asked to report at the venue with the required documents, including three recent passport-size photographs, Aadhaar card, birth certificate, school leaving certificate and domicile certificate.
The selected players will represent Jammu and Kashmir at the national-level competition.
