Jammu: Major General Mukesh Bhanwala, Inspector General (Operations), National Security Guard (NSG), called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Jammu on Thursday.
In separate meetings, Abhinav Anand, Co-Convenor of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Trade Cell in Jammu and Kashmir and president of the Traders Association, Trikuta Nagar, and Rahul Sahai, Chairman of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Jammu, also met the Lieutenant Governor.
According to an official statement, Anand appreciated the Lieutenant Governor-led Union Territory administration’s Drug-Free Jammu and Kashmir campaign.
The statement said Rahul Sahai discussed issues related to the promotion of trade and the industrial sector in the Union Territory with the Lieutenant Governor.
