Srinagar, June 7: The Directorate of Colleges, Higher Education Department, has extended the deadline for fee submission for candidates allotted colleges in Round-1 of the College/Major Allotment List for Undergraduate (UG) and Integrated Postgraduate (PG) admissions for the academic session 2026–27.
According to an official notification, candidates who have secured seats in Round-1 can now submit the prescribed admission fee up to June 8, 2026, till 5:00 PM.
Candidates who confirm their allotment will subsequently be required to report to their allotted colleges for physical verification of original documents from June 8 to June 10, 2026.
Applicants have been advised to regularly visit the official admissions portal, JK Admissions Portal, and follow the official Admissions 2026–27 WhatsApp channel linked on the portal for updates and notifications.
The Directorate clarified that all other terms and conditions of the admission process will remain unchanged.
