Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations on Saturday conducted the Common Entrance Test (CET) for Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Courses-2026 for the academic session 2026-27 at designated centres across the Union Territory.
The examination was held at Government Women College in Kashmir division and Government SPMR College of Commerce in Jammu division.
Officials said 1,161 candidates appeared in the examination out of 1,238 applicants.
The test was conducted under the guidance of BOPEE Chairperson Minu Mahajan in coordination with college administrations and law enforcement agencies to ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
BOPEE said no untoward or unfair incident was reported during the examination.
The Chairperson, members, Secretary, Controller of Examinations and other officials monitored the conduct of the test at both Srinagar and Jammu centres and appreciated the cooperation of the staff and district administrations for smooth conduct of the examination.
