The initiative includes comprehensive logistical support such as boarding and lodging facilities, round-trip air tickets, and other travel arrangements. Each participating student has also been provided with tracksuits, shoes, and travel bags.

During the interaction, the Commanding Officer engaged with the students, who hail from different parts of Budgam, and highlighted that the Bharat Darshan tour aims to help youth appreciate India’s unity in diversity. He encouraged them to make the most of the opportunity by exploring historical sites and cultural landmarks, and to create meaningful and lasting experiences during the journey.

Over the five-day programme, the students will visit major locations in Delhi and Agra.

Earlier, Sh. Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Sh. Prabhat Kumar Singh, both Second-in-Command (2-IC) of the battalion, welcomed the students and briefed them about the role of the CRPF in nation-building.

Parents and participants expressed gratitude to the CRPF for organising the tour, terming it a valuable opportunity for the youth to explore prominent cities and broaden their horizons.
