JAMMU: Several delegations called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in Jammu on Saturday and apprised him of various public and developmental issues.
A delegation of the Guidance and Counselling Cell for Youth Development Gurha Slathia met the Lieutenant Governor to discuss matters concerning youth development and counselling initiatives.
Separately, Sandeep Singh Rissam, Chairman of the J&K Congress Rajiv Gandhi Panchayati Raj Sangathan, also called on the Lieutenant Governor.
Meanwhile, a delegation of former Sarpanches from R.S Pura, led by Rashpal Singh, met the Lieutenant Governor. Later, a public delegation from Shopian led by Mohd Yousuf Bhat and a deputation headed by social activist Anu Gupta also called on him.
