Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, the workshop demystified rapidly evolving domains such as Artificial Intelligence, Applied Data Science, Robotics, and Innovation in Education. Through interactive sessions, participants were introduced to how these disciplines are reshaping careers, learning methodologies, and problem-solving approaches in the modern world.

Welcoming the participants, Dr. Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Managing Director of Narvaw Collective Academy, emphasized the urgency of future readiness. “In a rapidly changing world, awareness of AI, Data Science, and learning science through experiential methods like toys and games is no longer optional—it is essential,” he said, underlining the academy’s mission to bridge educational gaps and empower local youth.

A key highlight of the programme was the session by innovative educator Reyaz Ahmad Ganai, who elaborated on experiential learning, innovation-based education, and teaching science through toys and games, as outlined in the academy’s presentation material.

He stressed that hands-on learning not only enhances conceptual clarity but also nurtures creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among students. Drawing from classroom innovations, he demonstrated how play-based and activity-oriented methods can make science engaging, inclusive, and aligned with real-world applications, preparing learners for future challenges.

The workshop featured insightful sessions by Young Scientists Mr. Anzar Amin on AI and Data Science and Ms. Shahida Bano who shared practical perspectives on scientific temper, technological literacy, and innovation-driven careers. They encouraged students to cultivate curiosity and adaptability while guiding parents on informed academic planning.

Founded by Dr Manzoor Ahmad Rather, Er. Amjed Ramzan Dar, Muneer Ahmad Mir, and Narvaw Collective Academy reiterated its commitment to promoting innovation, scientific temperament, and skill-based education. The workshop featured interactive discussions, one-on-one guidance, and meaningful parent-student engagement, making it a comprehensive and inspiring learning experience.
