SRINAGAR: Director School Education Kashmir, Naseer Ahmad Wani, today conducted surprise inspections of several examination centres across Srinagar, Bandipora, and Ganderbal districts for maintaining discipline, smooth arrangements and fairness of the ongoing examinations.
He was accompanied by Chief Education Officer Srinagar, Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Bhat, and Deputy Chief Education Officer Ganderbal, Rumaisa Sangeen.
During the visit, the Director of School Education Kashmir, inspected various centres, including Girls Higher Secondary School Nawakadal, Boys Higher Secondary School Mujgund, Higher Secondary School Shadipora Bandipora, Higher Secondary School Wakura Ganderbal and Higher Secondary School Kurhama Ganderbal, where he reviewed the arrangements related to invigilation, seating, facilities for students, and transparency in the conduct of exams.
The Director appreciated the efforts of the supervisory and invigilation staff for maintaining discipline and smooth functioning during the exams. He emphasized that the Directorate is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and stress-free examination process across the Kashmir Division.
The Director instructed the concerned officers to maintain strict vigilance against any malpractice or unfair means, stressing that any deviation from established norms will invite strict action.
Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements, he reiterated that the Department’s top priority is to uphold integrity and fairness in the entire examination process.
