Baramulla: Burglars barged into a mobile repair shop – Bhat Electronics Baramulla and a computer cum laptop shop Computer Galaxy, looted the gadgets including laptops, mobile phones and other accessories worth 15 lacs from the shops in main chowk in the heart of Baramulla town last night.
“Today morning as usual when I came to open my mobile repair shop- Bhat Electronics located in first floor in main Chowk Baramulla, I was shocked to find shutter of my shop broken and locks cut besides my adjacent neighbouring shop was also in similar condition. The burglars looted everything and decamped with mobile phones and laptops worth 15 lacs,” said Bilal Ahmed Najar who runs mobile repair shop.
The burglars also broke shutter of the adjacent shop, Computer Galaxy, and decamped with around 15 laptops and other computer accessories worth 11 lacs, said Saleem Din Wani owner of Computer Galaxy
Police has registered a case under FIR NO 108 of 2018 under section 457, 380 RPC in police station Barmaulla to investigate the case.
