Literary Forum Bandipora pays rich tributes to late Shujaat Bukhari

Bandipora: Pledging that they will take forward the incomplete mission of  Dr. Syed Shujaat Bukhari the literati, poets and scholars from  Literary Forum Bandipora on Sunday said that he was an inspiration and role model for them.

“We will take forward the mission ahead which Bukhari left in the middle whatever will be the consequences, the killing will grow us afresh and makes us strong to achieve the goal,” they said.

A galaxy of intellectuals and scholars on Sunday organized a condolence meeting under the banner of Literary Forum Bandipora to pay tributes to Shujaat Bukhari.

It was decided that forum will organize a day-long thematic conference titled ‘Fikr-i-Shujaat’ on 22 July in Bandipora with the aim to explore thought and ideas of Shujaat Bukhari.

Mir Tariq Secretary LFB presented a detailed personal sketch of Shujaat Bukhari. While presenting his paper Mir said that Bukhari was epitome of truth, tradition, and clarity.

President Literary Forum Bandipora Mubashr Nazki while paying  tribute to Bukhari said that there is no alternative for Bukhari.
