Apni Party committed to equitable development in J&K: Manjit Singh

Samba: Apni Party Provincial President Jammu, and Former Minister, S. Manjit Singh today said that the party is committed to fighting for the equal right of the people of Jammu and Kashmir without discrimination.

Addressing a public meeting at Raika Lubana village, the former minister said that Apni Party has completed three years of service to the people since its foundation and has been able to win the confidence of the people by working for them.

“We have been able to retain job security for the resident youth of Jammu and Kashmir after the intervention of Apni Party President Syed Mohammed Altaf Bukhari,” he said.

The meeting was organized by Ex-Sarpanch Raika Lubana, Gurjeet Singh in his village where Apni Party leaders including Adv Sahil Bharti, District President Youth Wing, Mangat Ram and others also participated.

In his address, he said that the Apni Party has committed towards its fight to restore statehood to Jammu and Kashmir and to press for holding early Assembly Elections so that the democratic system is restored.

“The Party President has assured that the 500 units of free electricity should be provided to the people of Jammu during summer, and during the winter season, 300 units of electricity will be provided without charges if Apni Party forms the next Govt in J&K,” he said.

He also said that the Party will also enhance old age pension/widow pension up to Rs 5000 per month, will give 4 cooking gas cylinders under Ujjwala Scheme, ensure employment in the industrial sector, protection of rights to natural resources, and women empowerment.

He said that the Apni Party is committed to equitable development of all the regions and equal distribution of funds for the developmental purpose, improvement in road connectivity, health, and education system.
