Kulgam: A young man from Kulgam district of south Kashmir, who was pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry, died of cardiac arrest at Mysore University; His family has appealed to the authorities to help them in bringing his body here.
News agency KNO reported that relatives of the deceased Shabir Ahmad Wani (26), son of Mohammad Amin Wani, a resident of Chansar Kulgam, said that he died of cardiac arrest at Mysore University, Karnataka.
“We received a call from his friends at the university last evening that he suffered massive cardiac arrest,” relatives said. He was shifted to hospital, but doctors declared him dead, they said, adding that the youth was pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry.
The family members have appealed to the district administration Kulgam to help them in bringing back their son’s body.
