DIPR releases song of versatile, multilingual singer Deepali Wattal

Srinagar: Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) released another beautiful song performed by Dr. Deepali Wattal, a versatile singer in its contemporary popular programme The Beats of J&K.

Deepali Wattal is a multilingual singer who is known for amazing songs in Kashmiri, Dogri, Punjabi, Sindhi, Gojri, etc. Her performance in Beats of J&K is available on Social media channels of DIPR with the tagline “The Beats of J&K” Season 01.

The Beats of J&K is a music show launched as a maiden initiative of the Department of Information & Public Relations, J&K to promote the local music and local artists of J&K by providing them a platform to exhibit their talent. The show features singing performances of artists in Kashmiri, Dogri, Gojri, Pahadi, Bhaderwahi, and other regional languages.

The object of the Show is to portray the cultural vibrance and diversity of J&K where people belonging to different regions, faiths, and ethnolinguistic groups have come together to present the composite culture and unique identity of Jammu and Kashmir.
