Jammu, May 10: A suspected criminal was arrested and a country-made pistol was recovered from his possession here, police said today.
The accused, identified as Tajinder, was stopped by police for checking today in Shastri Nagar area of the city, a police official said.
A country-made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from him, said the official, adding that a case has been registered against the accused.
