Srinagar: JKRLM celebrated Women’s International day here at BK Pora Block.
At Cluster Level Federations, different activities were carried out to celebrate the success of SHG members. Also at block Mission Management, an event was organized and planation drive was kick started in the premises of Higher Secondary School B K Pora.
Block Development Officer Sajad Ahmad, Block Program Manager JKRLM Madina Bukhari, and Principal HHS B K Pora were present on the occasion. SHG members participated in huge numbers. All across the block 500 tree saplings will be planted during the plantation campaign.
On the occasion, Block Program Manger Madina Bukhari thanked DFO Seed Development Division Srinagar Iqbal Ahmad Lone and Range Officer Mohammad Hilal Mir for providing Saplings. She thanked Mission Director Dr Syed Sehrish Asgar for her continued support and guidance for making JKRLMs intervention highly effective at ground level.
