Budgam: A student from central Kashmir’s Budgam district was found hanging at his hostel terrace in a college in Punjab.
As per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Umer Dev, son of Abdul Ahad Dev of Chewdara Beerwah Budgam was found hanging at a hostel of RIMT University college where he was persuing BSC Radiology.
Shahid, a roommate of Umer at RIMT college told KNO that he was missing from last evening and his body was found hanging in the morning and police have taken body from spot.
A police officer confirmed and said that the family has left towards Punjab to get the body.
