Apni Party appoints Qazmi as District President Bandipora

SRINAGAR: Apni Party on Monday announced the appointment of Syed Shafat Qazmi as Party’s District President for Bandipora district.

The appointment was proposed and announced by the Party’s Provincial President Mohammad Ashraf Mir after being approved by Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, the President of Apni Party.

Qazmi is a well known socio-political activist and grandson of renowned Sufi saint Syed Ghulam Rasool Shah (R.A), popularly known as Nanga Baji of Malangam in Bandipora district of north Kashmir, a party spokesman said.
