SRINAGAR: Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam, today extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Shri Krishna Janamashtami.
In his message on the eve of Janamashtami, Chief Secretary said that Lord Krishna’s teachings of harmony and righteousness have guided our nation towards peaceful co-existence, adding that the festival celebrates the spirit of selfless service.
He urged people to take precautions, maintain social distance and follow safety protocols during festivities and celebrations in these difficult times of COVID-19 pandemic.
