Uri: A driver was critically injured after his vehicle skidded off road at Sari Bandi road of  Kamalkote Uri on Thursday.

Witnesses said that a Tipper bearing registration number JKO5 5532 skidded off road and rolled down and in the accident, the driver identified as Waheed Ahamad Paray son of Abdul Aziz Paray of Balkote Uri sustained serious injuries.

He was shifted to Sub-District Hospital Uri wherefrom he was shifted to GMC Baramulla. Doctors at GMC referred him to Bone and Joint Hospital Barzulla for advanced treatment.
