Dr Farooq, Omar Abdullah express grief over demise of Rahul Jalali

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and vice president Omar Abdullah on Friday expressed grief over the demise of prominent socio-political personality of Tangmarg Muhammad Asadullah Beigh.

It is pertinent to mention here that the deceased was the brother of former MLC Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Beigh, and brother-in-law of Party’s Provincial Secretary Showkat Ahmad Mir.

The duo while extending condolences to the grief stricken family prayed for peace to the departed soul and strength to the family on their bereavement. The party president and vice president have in particular extended condolences to party’s Provincial Secretary Showkat Ahmad Mir. The duo described the deceased as a noble soul, who shall be remembered for his noble and benevolent character.

Meanwhile Party’s Additional General Secretary Dr Sheikh Mustufa Kamal; Senior leader, Member of Parliament from Baramulla, Muhammad Akbar Lone; senior leader Mian Altaf Ahmad, district president Baramulla Javaid Ahmad Dar, party spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, party’s North Zone President Dr Sajad Shafi Uri, Farooq Shah, Khwaja Muhammad Yaqoob Wani, youth leader Jehangir Yaqoob Wani have also extended condolences to the mournful family.
