It was informed that Clinical Establishment Registration and Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PC&PNDT) registration services have been integrated into the portal and made operational. Instructions have also been issued for mandatory online processing of all applications, with the system being used across districts.

The meeting also reviewed the integration of remaining services, including drug licensing and Food Business Operator (FBO) licensing and registration, through the Online National Drug Licensing System (ONDLS) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) FoSCoS portal, integrated with the National Single Window System.

Officials discussed the application process, verification, inspections and approvals, while field-level officers highlighted operational bottlenecks and suggested improvements to the portal’s interface.

The meeting was attended by officials from the Health and Medical Education Department, Industries and Commerce Department, Directorate of Health Services, National Informatics Centre and NHM, besides Chief Medical Officers from Srinagar, Anantnag, Baramulla, Jammu and Rajouri.
