SRINAGAR: A 50-year-old carpenter died after falling from a height in Rawalpora area of Srinagar on Tuesday, officials said.
Quoting officials, news agency KNO reported that a carpenter sustained serious injuries after falling from a height at a house in Rawalpora. He was shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The deceased was identified as Manzoor Ahmed.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation.
