SRINAGAR: A group of Indian Forest Service (IFS) officers of the 2024 batch on Monday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhavan in Srinagar.
The officers were accompanied by Chief Conservator of Forests (Working Plan, Research and Trainings) M.K. Kumar.
During the interaction, the probationers briefed the Lieutenant Governor about their field experiences in Jammu and Kashmir and shared observations on environmental and developmental initiatives being implemented across the Union Territory, according to an official statement.
Sinha extended his best wishes to the officers for their careers in public service.
The delegation included Anubhav Jain, Anusha Koli, Aseem, Sana Fayaz and Shubham Kanoujia.
Meanwhile, former Jammu and Kashmir minister Sukhnandan Choudhary also called on the Lieutenant Governor at Raj Bhavan on Monday. No further details of the meeting were disclosed.
