He also visited the Reshwari Eco-Tourism Site, where he reviewed developmental activities and directed the upgradation of the Reshwari trek route, implementation of soil and moisture conservation measures along Mawar Nallah, and improvement of the existing eco-tourism hut.

The CCF inspected the upcoming Reshwari Eco Park and asked officials to expedite work so that the facility can be opened to the public and tourists at the earliest.

During the tour, Wani also directed preparation of a detailed project report on fallen timber lying along the road to Bangus Valley to facilitate its proper enumeration and utilisation before the onset of winter.

He reviewed the proposed site for the Langate–Bangus Visitors Centre and called for redevelopment of the Bangus Eco-Tourism Visitors Centre to enhance its appeal while maintaining environmental compatibility.

In Kehmil Forest Division, the CCF inspected eco-tourism huts at Bangus Valley and Tee Pee Point Jungle Bagh, directing their further upgradation and modernisation. A plantation drive was also carried out at the Jungle Bagh Eco-Tourism site during the visit.

Wani additionally inspected the under-construction High Altitude Jungle Training Camp at Lokut Bangus, described by officials as the first facility of its kind for forest officers and nature enthusiasts, and reviewed the progress of work.

Emphasising sustainable development, the CCF said eco-tourism initiatives and infrastructure projects should strike a balance between visitor convenience, local accessibility and ecological conservation. He stressed the importance of quality execution, timely completion of projects, regular field monitoring and proper maintenance of assets.

The CCF was accompanied by Conservator of Forests, North Forest Circle Sopore, Irfan Ali Shah, divisional forest officers and other departmental officials during the tour.
